Well the biggest snow in history here [8"] and it's been two weeks tomorrow and there is still some on the North side of my house this AM. Been really cold at night but warms up in the daytime. It was 60+ today. LOL Boy have I run through the kitty litter.
The young ones were pretty funny playing in it, as it was a wet snow and not so cold. The older ones were a little more reserved. LOL
Got Dusty and Willy neutered just before the snow and got Sckeezic and Ashley spayed last Sunday. Both boys were fine. But the girls were slow coming back to to normal and both are needing antibiotic now. I think if I get more done I'll start them on Rx as soon as they're done.
I was in there with them and I know all was sterile, but I think my cats are just a bit immune compromised. I think they will be fine, but they both need a little time.
I took Timmy and Skippy with me Sun but it was a mad house and we couldn't get to them. I've got to put Timmy down soon, and was going to, but he is not much better on meds so I guess it's inevitable, without a miracle. Skippy needs neutered. I have three girls to go, and I'm going to wait on my bobtails.
The three wild girls will have to be trapped. The old blue tom is sore footed today and not getting around very good. Not sure why.
Today Willy did the funniest thing! he come thru the cat door with the news paper in his mouth. It was really funny to see him drag it thru the door, like a dog. He had him a treasure. He will carry the soft toys around, but I never saw him get a paper before. It was to funny. A lot better than last Sabbath when Button brought in a live rat and let it loose. Boy do I need a yard fence so these rascals can stay outside and let me have a clean house, all to my self. I guess there'd be no entertainment then, tho.LOL
